Last night August 1,2023 members from Dunkirk loaded up and went over to one of the neighborhoods in the first due to participate in the National night out.
Engine 5-1 making her return to the streets of Dunkirk after some mechanical repairs, Truck 5 and CHF 5A got to show their faces in the Patuxent Palisades neighborhood and do some community outreach and education.

National Night Out is a community outreach based event that has taken place throughout the United States since 1984 and the Dunkirk VFD has participated for countless years!

Dunkirk apparatus remained staffed and available for emergencies throughout this event to protect our community!
