September 29th shortly after 945 am Truck 5 and Chief 5 responded mutual aid to Anne Arundel County for a house fire with report of a person trapped in Patuxent Mobile Estates.

Initial companies arrived on scene with fire showing from a mobile home. Truck 5 arrived shortly thereafter, assumed 1st due Truck responsibilities, and split crews. Truck 5's interior team handled searches and opened up for engine companies while the outside team ventilated vertically, horizontally and controlled utilities. Unfortunately one occupant was pronounced deceased at the scene. Truck 5 remained on scene to assist investigators. The fire is under investigation by Anne Arundel County Fire Department Fire Investigation Bureau .
